She utilizes a variety of techniques which include Diversified (Traditional Adjustments), Cox Traction Technique, Applied Kinesiology, Thompson Drop Table Techniques, Sacro-occipital Technique, Craniosacral Technique, Activator/impulse instrument techniques, Cranial Manipulation, NET Emotional Release Technique, NAET Allergy Clearing, Myofascial Release,TMJ Techniques, and Nimmo Trigger Point release.
Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology is a diagnostic and treatment technique used to detect and correct imbalances in the body. Muscle testing is one of the diagnostic criteria used. Through this technique, the Practitioner can gain insight about structural, chemical, and emotional imbalances in the patient's body. There are both diagnostic and treatment techniques utilized by the Applied Kinesiology practitioner to detect and correct these imbalances.
Acupuncture
Dr. Sara has been practicing Acupuncture for over 30 years. Acupuncture is a healing technique that corrects blockages in the electromagnetic energy channels of the body.
